Demetra Koutsoukos

Demetra Koutsoukos was born June 16, 1922 in Greece to Nicholas and Elaine Kasteliotis. She died March 16, 2006 at ManorCare Healthcare Center in Arlington Heights.

Mrs. Koutsoukos was an employee of M&M Mars Candy Co. in Chicago for over 17 years before retiring in 1985.

Demetra is survived by her children, Jean Michalopoulos of Arlington Heights, Thomas (Paula) Kramer of Buffalo Grove, and Nicholas Koutsoukos of Arlington Heights; and her grandchildren Elaine, Deanna, Zachary and Mikey.

She is preceded in death by her husband Frank and her son-in-law Dimitrios Michalopoulos.

Visitation from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM Sunday, March 19, 2006 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (four blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Funeral Service 10:00 AM Monday, March 20, 2006 at St. Nectarios Greek Orthodox Church, 133 S. Roselle Road, Palatine. Burial at Arlington Heights Wheeling Township Cemetery.
