Patricia A. Bouska (nee Culleeney) age 72, was born October 8, 1933 in Chicago to Edward A. and Eleanor M. (nee Kearney) Culleeney. She died Wednesday, March 8, 2006 at Northwest Community Healthcare Center.

Patricia’s was extremely proud of her children. Her greatest pleasure in life was working as a pediatric nurse at St. Vincent’s in Chicago.

Survivors include her children: Mark (Annette) Bouska of Dublin, Ohio; Mary Bouska of Buffalo Grove and Maureen (Michael) Deer of Vernon Hills. Grandchildren: Michaela, Kurt and Kieran. Brother: Robert P. Culleeney of Hoffman Estates. Loved by many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband Eugene D. Bouska. Brohters: Edward J., Jack T., Donald J. and Billy Culleeney. Sister: Mary Jane Faulhaber and her parents.

Visitation from 3 PM until 9 PM, Friday, at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 9:30 AM, Saturday, at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., to St. Edna Catholic Church 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights for Mass at 10:00 A.M. Interment Private.
