Gerald A. Marzillo was born on November 18, 1927 in Chicago to Michael and Maria (nee Oliveto) Marzillo. He passed away on Friday, February 15, 2013 in Wheeling.

Gerald is survived by his wife of 54 years, Lou Anne (nee Zuke); his children, Michael (Christine) Marzillo, Anna Marie Marzillo, Catherine (Joseph) Giarratana and Andrea (John) Skaltsas; his grandchildren, Anthony and Deanna Marzillo, Danielle (Patrick) Johnston, Jacquelyn and Stephanie Giarratana, John, Ryan and Leah Jackson, Katerina and Alexi Skaltsas; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his four brothers; and his sister.

Visitation from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm Sunday, February 17, 2013 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights. Prayers 8:45 am Monday, February 18, 2013 at the Funeral Home proceeding to Our Lady of the Wayside Catholic Church, 440 S. Mitchell, Arlington Heights, IL for Mass at 9:30 am. Interment private.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to National Parkinson Foundation, Inc., Office of Development, 1501 NW 9th Avenue/Bob Hope Rd., Miami, FL 33136.
