Isabelle “Belle”Alice Stevenson
Of Wheeling

Isabelle “Belle” Alice Stevenson was born September 18, 1920 in Chicago to Anton and Mary (nee Kranz) Feffer. She died on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 in Round Lake.

Isabelle was the Owner of Wheel Inn & Steve’s Restaurant in Wheeling, IL. She was a member of the Wheeling Lions Club, the Eastern Stars, the Forever Young, and was on the Wheeling Senior Pavilion Advisory Council. Isabelle loved to play the piano for crowds of people. She was always reading, making a puzzle or playing cards, and she enjoyed going to lunch with her friends. She especially loved being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She could make anyone smile. Isabelle has left behind a great legacy.
She is survived by her children; Marilynn Dahm of Solana Beach, California and Donna Stevenson of Round Lake; her grandchildren; Donna (Jeremy) Manley, Hugo Stevenson, Lisa Dahm, Shelly (John) Mattes, Anthony (April) Dahm, Ryan (Meaghen) Dahm, Patrick Stevenson, Jerry Stevenson; and her great-grandchildren, Emily Manley, Tyler Manley, Grace Manley, Kennedy Mattes, Margo Mattes, Delaney Dahm, Preston Dahm, and Alyssandra Dahm.

Isabelle is preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Ralph Stevenson; her son, Gerald Stevenson, Jr.; her parents; and her brother and sister.

Visitation from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service 12:30 PM Friday, February 19, 2010 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Height. Interment is at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Arlington Heights.
