Joan B. Iacullo was born May 24, 1937 in Chicago to Edmund and Caroline (DiMaio) Sites. She died February 12, 2010 at The Rosewood Care Center of Inverness.

Survivors include her children William E. (Denise) Iacullo, President of I.U.O.E. Local 143-143B Chicago School Engineers and Mary (Lou) Sbarboro, President of Senate Electric; grandchildren Louie, Nicole (Kevin) and Erin; brothers Edmund, Royal and John Sites; sisters in law Antoinette (late Anthony) Esposito, Delores (George) Dassie, Rosemary (Charles) Pintozzi, Patricia (Renato) Ziccarelli, Regina (Peter) Schintgen; brothers in law Joseph C., Anthony (Lola) and George (Lois) Iacullo and by many nieces and nephews.

Joan is preceded in death by her husband William A. Iacullo; brothers Richard (Jessie) Sites, Peter and Anthony D’Aloia and by her parents.

Visitation from 3 until 9 PM, Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. In state from 9:00 AM until time of Funeral Mass 10:00 AM, Thursday, February 18, 2010 at The Carmelite Monastery, corner of River Rd. and Central Rd., Des Plaines, IL. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
