Arlene S. Murphy, formerly of Chicago, was born June 17, 1935 in Chicago to Arthur and Mary (nee Saksa) Schwarzer. She died Wednesday, February 6, 2008 at Northwest Community Healthcare Center in Arlington Heights.

Mrs. Murphy was a former childcare worker.

Her survivors include her daughters Dawn (Barry) Walls of Palatine and Jenny (Leon) Garza of Davie, Florida; her grandchildren Amanda, Heather, Brittany and Bradley Walls and Alex Garza.

Arlene is preceded in death by her husband William F.

Visitation from 3:00 until 8:00 PM, Sunday, February 10, 2008 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment private.
