Dorothy K. Chapman was born on December 13, 1924 in Chicago to Rudolph and Pauline (nee Koch) Kostelecky. She passed away on February 26, 2007 in Crystal Lake.

She is survived by her daughters, Jamie Chapman of Crystal Lake, Dorothy (Herb) Hubbard of Columbus, OH and Susan Chapman of Estero, FL, her grandchildren, Kevin (Kristen) Koske, Krista (Rob) Karov, Emily (Rik) Johnson, James (Wendy) Hubbard, David Hubbard and Michael (Tori) Wolczyz, her great grandchildren, Kylie, Jacob, Cody, Lauren, Kaitlyn, Layton and Austin, and her dear friend, Victor Torres.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Chapman.

Services and interment were held privately.
