Florence J. Finik was born in Chicago on December 4, 1924 to Joseph and Mary Nemerowicz. She passed away in Arlington Heights on February 4, 2007.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Steve, her daughter, Nancy Cole, her grandson Davidson Cole, her many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews, and her special “granddaughter;” Margaret Szado.

Visitation Wednesday, February 7, 2007 from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights and Thursday, February 8, 2007 at St. Edna Catholic Church 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights from 9:00 AM until10:00 AM, Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM Thursday at St. Edna Church. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
