Emilia Nocek

Emilia Nocek was born July 20, 1911 in Ujazd, Poland to Jakob and Tekla (nee Wrobel) Nocek. She died Saturday, February 25, 2006 at her home.

Mrs. Nocek was a former bookkeeper and care giver.

Her survivors include her daughter Alicja Sledz of Elk Grove Village, her grandsons Robert Sledz and Ted Sledz; her great granddaughter Heather and many nieces and nephews in the United States and Poland

Emilia is preceded in death by her 8 brothers and sisters.

Visitation from 3:00 until 9:00 PM, Monday, February 27, 2006 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 9:00 AM, Tuesday, February 28, 2006 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., to Queen of the Rosary Church, 680 W. Elk Grove Blvd., Elk Grove for Mass at 10:00 AM. Burial at St. Joseph Cemetery, River Grove.
