Catherine M. Seithel
Of Arlington Heights

Catherine M. Seithel was born May 20, 1922 in St. Louis, Missouri to William and Gertrude (nee Collins) Korte. She died February 24, 2006 at the Lutheran Home and Services in Arlington Heights.

Her survivors include her husband of 60 years Walter J. Seithel whom she married September 8, 1945; her children; William (Teresa) Seithel of Crystal Lake, Kathleen (Dr. Theodore) Homa of Arlington Heights and Richard (Cathy) of Antioch, CA; her grandchildren Cassandra, Adam and Thomas Seithel, Natalie (Steve) Gargano, Priscilla (Kirk) Ashburn, Theodore (Maureen) Homa, Ryan and Nicholas Seithel; her great grandchildren Andrew, Philip, Colette and John Paul Ashburn.

Catherine is preceded in death by her son, Thomas, her sister Dolores Korte, and her parents.

Visitation 4 until 8 PM, Sunday, February 26, 2006 at the Lutheran Home and Services, 800 W. Oakton, Arlington Heights. Funeral Mass 11:30 AM, Monday, September 27, 2006 at St. James Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights. Burial at St. Mary Church Cemetery, Buffalo Grove.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Lutheran Home and Services designated for Nurses and Nurses Aid Education.
