Josephine M. Engstrom was born August 29, 1922 in Chicago to Samuel and Mary (nee Baba) Stephens. She died February 15, 2006 at Providence St. Joseph Hospital in Burbank, California.

Mrs. Engstrom was a homemaker.

She is survived by her children, William Engstrom, Nancy Engstrom, and Jackie (George) Lynch, her grandchildren, Danielle, Laurence (Katie), and Ryan Engstrom, and Jillian Lynch; her siblings, Nancy Reid and Joe (Rose) Joseph.

Josephine is preceded in death by her husband, John Jerome Engstrom; her parents; and her brother, George Stephens.

Visitation from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Funeral service 11:00 AM Thursday, February 23, 2006 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd. Interment Elmwood Cemetery in River Grove.
