Lisa Marie Burnett

Lisa Marie Burnett was born January 21, 1969 in St. Louis, Missouri to Donald Johannes and Patrice (nee Sheahen) Johannes. She died February 1, 2006 at Memorial Medical Center in Woodstock.
Mrs. Burnett was an occupational therapist at Fair Oaks Healthcare Center in Crystal Lake. She was a leader in the High Road Riders Motorcycle Ministry at Willow Creek Church.
Lisa is survived by her husband of five years, Dennis, whom she married on March 23, 2001 in Highland, Illinois; her sons, Colin Joseph and Dylan Michael; her mother, Patrice Johannes of Buffalo Grove, her father Donald (Barbara) Johannes of Highland; her siblings, Donald (Holly) Johannes, Jr. of Milwaukee, WI, Peggy (Matt) Jacober of St. Louis, MO and Andrew (Michele) Johannes of Chicago; her step sisters, Traci (Michael) Fietsam of Belleville, IL and Kim (Jeff) Maynard of Alton, IL; her step brother, Todd (Karen) Holtman of Ballwin, MO; many aunts and uncles ,cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation Monday, February 6, 2006 from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM at t he Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road ) Arlington Heights and Tuesday, February 7, 2006 from 9:00 AM until the time of service at Willow Creek Community Church Chapel, 67 E. Algonquin, South Barrington, Illinois. Funeral Service 10:00 AM Tuesday, at the church. Procession to St. Mary Cemetery in Lake Forest departing at 12:30PM from Willow Creek Church.
