Donna M. Carlson (nee Paradis), 58, of Arlington Heights was born November 13, 1946 in Chicago, the daughter of Woodrow and Mary Jane (nee Keith) Paradis. She died Tuesday February 22, 2005 at her residence.

She is survived by her son Eric J. (Meghan) Carlson of Round Lake; her parents Woodrow and Mary Jane Paradis; sister Nancy (Ernest) Armando; brother Kenneth (Fran) Paradis; she is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death by her husband Ronald L. Carlson.

Private Services and Interment will be held.
