Louise H. Baker

Louise H. Baker was born on May 22, 1941 in Chicago to John and Helen Michalski. She died Tuesday, January 14, 2014 in Arlington Heights.

Louise worked as a bookkeeper for various companies in the Chicagoland area. She was a member of Our Lady of the Wayside Catholic Church and Senior Center in Arlington Heights. She was an avid cook and loved to play various card and board games with her friends at the Arlington Heights Senior Center.   Louise loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and was loved by all.
 
Louise is survived by her son, Jarred (Licia) Baker; grandchildren Devin, Reese and Tegan Baker and sister, Sylvia (Don) Lauer.
 
She was preceded in death by Husband, Robert S. Baker, whom she married April 30, 1960 in Chicago; and her parents.
 
Visitation from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Monday, January 20, 2014 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights, Illinois  60004.  A prayer service will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at the funeral home.  Interment at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery in Palatine.
