Robert L.“ Bob” Dutton was born December 11, 1928 in St. Louis, MO to Ivan and Odessa (nee Canterbury) Dutton. He passed away January 21, 2013 after a long battle with cancer.

Bob was born in St. Louis, MO, raised in Des Moines, IA and graduated from East High School. Attended Drake University and Omaha University after serving 2 years in the US Air Force. Retired from Ameritech in 1983 after serving 38 years in the Bell System. Devoted Bible Study Leader for 20 years with the Christian Business Men’s Committee of Chicago.

Bob is survived by his wife Verna: his children Stephen Dutton, Randall Dutton, David Dutton, Lori Metzner, Alan Griffith and Sharon White; his 12 grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren.

Memorial service 2PM Sunday, January 27, 2013 at The Orchard, 1330 N. Douglas Ave., Arlington Heights.
