Kenneth Almeroth
Of Palatine

Kenneth G. Almeroth was born April 21, 1926 to Alvin and Arbi (nee Janssen) Almeroth. He died January 17, 2013 in Buffalo Grove, IL.

Ken served in the Navy during WWII. He was a retired carpenter from local 181 for over 50 years.

Ken is survived by his wife Ruth (nee Mathisen) Almeroth; his children Cynthia (Gregory) Arnswald, Bonnie (Kerry) Burkoth and Jill Blakemore; his grandchildren Ryan (Catherine), Scott (Jessica), Lindsay (Bradley), Todd, Van and Ian; his great grandchildren Maxwell, Jackson and Gavin; his brothers Alvin (late Betty) and James (Carol) Almeroth.

Ken is preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation Friday, January 18, 2013 from 4 PM until 9 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Funeral and interment services private.
