Phillip W. Janulis

Phillip W. Janulis was born on August 19, 1942 in Chicago to William and Lucille (nee Merevich) Janulis. He died Saturday, January 5, 2013 in Elk Grove Village.

Mr. Janulis was a retired manager for Federated Distributing.

Phillip is survived by Carole and their children, Barbara (Thomas) McCoy, Mark (Kimberly) Janulis, and Victoria (Sal) Janmohammed; his grandchildren, Nathaniel McCoy, Anne, Nicholas and Samantha Janulis, and Alexander and Kyle Janmohammed; his brother, Richard (Jacquie) Janulis; and his step-daughter, Megan Janulis.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Denise Janulis, and his parents.

A prayer service will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, January 7, 2013 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights. Interment private.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Salvation Army, 5040 N. Pulaski Rd., Chicago, IL 60630-2788.
