Holly C. Mergili was born December 22, 1945 in Chicago to Robert and Lorraine (nee Radwell) Lauer. She died January 27, 2012 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.

Holly is survived by her husband George H. Mergili; her daughter Robin (James) Layton; her granddaughter Cheyenne Drew and by her many friends and the hundreds of people whose lives she touch.

Visitation Tuesday from 9 AM until the time of service at 12 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment at Mt. Emblem Cemetery.
