Thomas Brown Jr.
Of Rolling Meadows
Thomas Brown Jr. was born on January 20, 1937 in Decatur to Orville and
Flossie (nee Smith) Brown. He died Sunday, January 15, 2012 at his home
in Rolling Meadows surrounded by his family.
Tom enjoyed hunting, fishing, trap shooting, leather craft, and spending
time with his family. He worked as a heavy equipment operator for Local
150 and was a 32nd degree Mason with the Des Plaines Masonic Lodge.
Thomas is survived by his spouse of 54 years, Jinnie (nee Hupp); his
children, Lynette (Mark) Coldebella, Laree (Manolo) de la Torriente,
Lisa (Terry) Green, Stuart (Marlene) Brown and Gene (Becky) Kollack; his
grandchildren, Larisa, Tina and Angelina Coldebella, Samantha (Jonelle)
Simmons, Manolo T. (Tiffany), Nicole and Adam (Melissa) de la Torriente;
Shane, Caitlyn and Collin Brown, Abigail Brown, Sarah Tolle, and Sky and
Storm Kollack; his eight great-grandchildren; and his brother-in-law,
Jerry (Rose) Hupp.
Visitation from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm, with Masonic service at 7:00 PM,
Friday, January 20, 2012 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N.
Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights where funeral services will be
held at 11:00 am, Saturday, January 21, 2012. Interment private.
