Raymond J. Marcantoni
Of Arlington Heights

Raymond J. Marcantoni was born on November 29, 1919 in Chicago to Dominic and Teresa (nee Bistolfo) Marcantoni. He died January 24, 2011 in Rolling Meadows.

Mr. Marcantoni served with the United States Navy during WWII. He then went on to work for Victor Adding Machine Company, until his retirement in 1985.

Raymond is survived by his children, Glenn M. (Sharon) and Anna Maria (Roger) Rakstad; his grandchildren, Jennifer (Mike Wallace) Rakstad, Kristen (Jim) Hillman, Beth (Bob) Allen and Rebecca Rakstad; and his great-grandchildren, Caleb, Erin, Rachel, Jordan, Joanna, Henry, Eleanore, Kayden and Donovan

He was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanore (nee Brezinski) Marcantoni; his brother, Benjamin Marcantoni; and his sister, Lillian Kloth

Visitation Saturday from 10 AM until the time of services at noon at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Entombment Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
