Eula H. Ryan

Eula H. Ryan was born March 13, 1919 in Chicago to the Honorable Erwin and Frances (nee Swanton) Hasten. She passed away on Friday, January 14, 2011 at the Addolorata Villa of Wheeling.

She is survived by her children, Chris (Anne-Marie) Ryan, Ann (John) Larson, Kate (Mark) Lyons, and Jon (Gail) Ryan; her grandchildren Sam, Laura, Maude (Andy), Matthew, Patrick, Charlie, Megan, Alex, and Jordan; her great-grandchildren, Lola and Jack; and her sisters, Dorothy (the late Joe Dalby, and the late Ed) Kelly, and Mary Lou (the late John O’Toole and Gerard) Hillsman.

Eula is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph M. Ryan; her son, Justin Ryan; her parents; and her siblings, Maj (the late Kathryn) Hasten, and Muriel (The late Joe) O’Brien;

Visitation from 4;00 PM until 8:00 PM, Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 8:45 AM, Wednesday, January 19, 2011at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., to Our Lady of the Wayside Church, 440 S. Mitchell, Arlington Heights for Mass at 9:30 AM. Burial is at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Addolorata Villa, 555 McHenry Rd., Wheeling, IL 60090.
