Margaret L. Kowalski was born December 27, 1914 in Chicago to William and Anna Behrens. She passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at Brentwood North of Riverwoods.

She is survived by her sons, Donald F. (the late Sophie) Kowalski; her grandchildren, Thomas G. (Diane) Kowalski, Julie Segoviano, Karen (Scott) Kaplan, Jeanine (Richard) Konopelski, and David (Marcie) Kowalski; and her great-grandchildren, Mary, Katie, Kevin, Joey, Daniel, John Paul, Tommy, Drew, Alli, Brett, Blake, Bradley, Taylor, Joshua, Kylie, Noah, and Gabriella.

Margaret is preceded in death by her husband, Frank T. Kowalski; her son, Thomas W. (the late Mary Sue) Kowalski; her parents; and her siblings, Elmer Behrens and Eleanor Loots.

Visitation from 9:00 AM until time of Funeral Service 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 8, 2011 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment is at St. Adalbert Cemetery in Niles.
