Mary Elizabeth Teefey
Of Schaumburg

Mary Elizabeth Teefey was born December 30, 1922 in Flint, Michigan to Ed and Edith Donnelly. She passed away peacefully on Monday, January 3, 2011 at West Suburban Nursing Center in Bloomingdale.

Mary enjoyed golf, bridge, and sailing, and was an avid Notre Dame Fighting Irish fan. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Michael (Denise) Teefey, William (Ginny) Teefey, and Patrick (Nancy) Teefey; her grandchildren, Sean, Kelly (Jim) Sweeney, Patrick (Nina), Shannon, Caitlin, and Connor; and her brothers, Jim (Theresa), and Tom (Veronica) Donnelly.

Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Francis Teefey; and her parents.

Memorial Visitation from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Memorial Mass 10:00 AM, Thursday, January 6, 2011 at St. James Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights. Interment is private.
