passed away on

Arlington Heights.
Gene was a veteran
of the Air Force
having served in
WWII and the Korean
War where he
achieved the rank of
Lt. Colonel.
He is survived by
his children,
Carolyn (John)
Wagner of
Naperville, Ralph
Bonk of Arlington
Heights and Shirley
(Adam) Nelson of
Barrington; and his
grandchildren, Ted,
Laura and Julianne
Wagner and Lily
Nelson.
He was preceded in
death by his wife,
Gisela, nee
Zimmermann and his
brother, Richard
(Connie) Bonk.
Visitation from 5:00
PM until 8:00 PM on
Monday, February 2,
2009 at the
Glueckert Funeral
Home, Ltd., 1520 N.
Arlington Heights

Heights. Prayer
service 10:00 AM
Tuesday, Febraury 3,
2009 at the funeral
home. Interment All
Saints Cemetery.
