Lowell M. Brown
Of Mount Prospect

Lowell M. Brown was born February 26, 1923 in Plainfield, Iowa to Charles and Florence (nee Olson) Brown. He died January 25, 2009 at Manor Care in Rolling Meadows.

Mr. Brown was a member of the Mended Hearts Club as well as the Romeo Club.

Lowell is survived by his wife Ruth (nee Burgess) whom he married July 16, 1949 in Tower, Minnesota; his children Terri (Kriss) Knowles, Robert (Cheryl Beattie) Brown and Paul (Carleen Poellinger) Brown, his grandchildren Kelly and Jacki Knowles, Paulie, Ellie and Thomas Brown and by his brother Paul (Alice) Brown.

Lowell is preceded in death by his parents and by his sister Dorothy Bumcrot.

A Memorial Service will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, January 31,2009 at the First United Methodist Church of Arlington Heights, 1903 Euclid Ave. Arlington Heights, IL 60004. With a reception to follow.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to The Mended Hearts Chapter 248, 9450 Green Lake Street, Rosemont, IL 60018 or The First United Methodist Church of Arlington Heights Building Fund.
