Ptach, 81, of Arlington Heights, formerly of Des Plaines, beloved wife of the late Raymond J.; loving mother of Cathie (Bryan) Hollowell and Tom (Cindy) Ptach; loved grandmother of Heather and Bryan Jr. Hollowell and Scott Ptach. Jean was preceded in death by her siblings, Lee Satterlee, Vi Larson, Alan Nyquist and Donald Nyquist.

Prayers 9:00 AM, Thursday, January 22, 2009 at the funeral home to Our Lady of Hope Church, 9711 W. Devon Ave., Rosemont, IL 60018. Mass 10:00 AM.
