Patricia K. Stevens was born February 23, 1955 in Chicago to Robert and Mildred (nee Berg) Engelbretsen. She died January 17, 2009 at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago after a long illness.

Patricia is survived by her loving son Ryan Stevens; her parents; her sister Kristine (Michael) Ford; and her many cousins.

Visitation from 6:00 until 9:00 PM, Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Funeral service 10:30 AM, Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd. Interment private.
