Michael T. Meyer

Michael T. Meyer was born October 11, 1972 in Park Ridge to Jerry and Sandra (nee Larkin) Meyer. He died Saturday, January 10, 2009 at St. Anthony Hospital in Rockford.

Michael was employed as a custom cabinetmaker for Woodlogic Custom Millwork, Inc. of Elk Grove Village. For the last ten years he also coached gymnastics at John Hersey High School.

Mike is survived by his parents Jerry and Sandra; his sister Katie (Scott) Thorstenson, his brothers Richard (Therese) Meyer, JJ (Kristin) Meyer, Bill (Jackie) Meyer; his God parents Jim Meyer and Cathy Michalski; his God Son Jake Ryan Thorstenson; his niece Madalena Meyer; and his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Monday, January 12, 2009 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights, and from 9:00 AM until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 411 N. Wheeling Road, Prospect Heights. Entombment at All Saints Mausoleum, Des Plaines.
