Ella K. Veverka

Ella K. Veverka was born on October 30, 1915 in Chicago to Charles Sr. and Anna (nee Mrazek) Hlavacek. She passed away on January 22, 2008 in Arlington Heights.

She is survived by her daughters, Nancy (Roger) Nosal of Arlington Heights and Elaine (Russell) Kosey of Bloomingdale, her grandchildren, Barbara (David) Wisnieski, David Peklo, Tamara (Scott) Podjasek and Tanya (Jon) Miccolis and her seven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer J. Veverka, her sister, Rose Slatin and her brother, Charles Hlavacek.

Visitation Thursday, January 24, 2008 from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights and Friday, January 25, 2008 at St. Edna Catholic Church 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights from 10:00 AM until the time of Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to a favorite charity.
