Stanley F. Mensching, Sr.
Lifelong resident of Arlington Heights.

Stanley F. Mensching, Sr. was born on November 4, 1927 in Palatine to Herbert and Mathilda (nee Wilke) Mensching. He died Friday, January 12, 2007 in Northbrook.

Mr. Mensching owned and operated Mensching Drywall for over 30 years. He enjoyed fishing and was a devoted Cubs fan.

Stanley is survived by his children, Stanley F. (Therese) Mensching, Jr. of Arlington Heights and Bonnie (Gary) Molnar of Arlington Heights; his grandchildren, Kristina (Bill) Westmoreland, Jennifer (Joseph) Murphy, Lisa (Allan) Wadge, Emily (Michael) Paine, Chamaine (Joe) Biosca and Sarah Mensching; his nine great-grandchildren; and his sister, Loraine (Jerry) Sheahen of Livonia, MI.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy (nee Davis), whom he married on July 29, 1950 in Woodstock; his daughter, JoAnne Bednar; his great-granddaughter, Lindsey Westmoreland; and his parents.

Visitation 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Monday, January 15, 2007 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd.,(four blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights and Tuesday, January, 16, 2007 from 9:00 AM until the time of Funeral Service at 10:00 AM at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 111 W. Olive St., Arlington Heights. Interment Memory Gardens Cemetery.
