Dorene D. Mills

Dorene D. Mills was born on May 17, 1937 in Chicago to Benjamin J. and Lucia (nee Lucisa) Raffanti. She died Monday, January 8, 2007 in Barrington.

Mrs. Mills enjoyed roller-skating. She was an avid gardener and a member of the Arlington Heights Park District Garden Club.

Dorene is survived by her husband, Harlow R. Mills, whom she married on September 7, 1957 in Chicago; her children, Harlene (Robert) Kowalske of West Chicago and Harlow R. (Kathie) Mills, II of Palatine; and his brother, Ronald (Joyce) Raffanti of Chicago.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation 3:00 PM until the time of Prayer Service at 8:00 PM, Thursday, January 11, 2007 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (four blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment private.
