Irving M. Kaliciak was born November 11, 1926 in Chicago to Frank and Anna (nee Golonka) Kaliciak. He died Saturday, January 6, 2007 at Claremont Living and Rehabilitation Center in Buffalo Grove.

Mr. Kaliciak was employed for over 30 years by Casualty/CNA Insurance as a workmen’s’ compensation adjuster. He was supervisor at the time of his retirement in 1991.

Irving is survived by his wife Maria M. (nee Albertowicz); his children Edward Joseph Kaliciak of Lake Zurich, Teresa Ann Kaliciak and Anna Maria Kaliciak both of Chicago; his sister Helen Miller and his brother Edward Kaliciak

Visitation from 3:00 until 9:00 PM, Monday, January 8, 2007at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights and Tuesday, January 8, 2007 at St. Edna Catholic Church 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights from 9:00 AM until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.
