Robert S. Baker was born March 22, 1940 in Chicago to John and Susan (nee Wypsek) Baker. He died Wednesday, January 25, 2006 at his home.
Mr. Baker was a retired machinist.
His survivors include his wife of 45 years, Louise H. nee Michalski, whom he married April 30, 1960; his son Jarred J. (Licia) Baker of Lindenhurst; his grandchildren Devin R. Baker, Reese W. Baker, and Tegan A. Baker; his siblings Larry Baker, Beverly Profoview, John (Jan) Baker, Darlene (Michael) Bellino, Tom (Cathy) Baker.
Robert is preceded in death by his parents, his sister Lana (Walter) Carden, his sister-in-law Eleanor and his brother-in-law Walter.
Visitation 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM Sunday, January 29, 2006 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd. (4 blocks South of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayer service 10:00 AM Monday, January 30, 2006 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.
