Helen S. Graham, of Sun City, Arizona, was born December 27, 1929 in Chicago, Illinois to Joseph and Catherine (nee Prunczak) Poplawski. She died Monday, January 16, 2006 at Boswell Hospital in Sun City.
Mrs. Graham was a member of St. Elizabeth Seton Church in Sun City and a former member of St. James Church in Arlington Heights. She also had been an active member of the Blessed Agnes Mother's Club.
Her survivors include her husband Angelo Pecoraro; her children Sandee McClowry of New York, New York James (Gloria) Graham of Bristol, Wisconsin, Thomas (Lucretia) Graham of Lake Villa, Ill., and Susan (Bill Laslett) Graham of Phoenix, Ariz., her step-children Julie, Lisa, Vincent Pecoraro and Therese Stockman; her grandchildren Allison (Rich) Cable, Sean (fiancée Ena Shin) McClowry, James (Heather), Jaclyn and Thomas Graham, Jennifer Castaneda, Talon Krebs, and Margaret Maloney; her brother Joseph (Geraldine) Poplawski and her sister-in-law of Janet Zupet.
Helen is preceded in death by her first husband Joseph Graham; and her sisters Sally, Jean, Sigmund and LaVergne Ciszek.
Visitation from 3:00 until 9:00 PM, Friday, January 20, 2006 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 10:15 AM, Saturday, January 21, 2006 at the funeral home to St. James Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights for Mass at 11 AM. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Justice, Illinois.
