Mary C. Kent was born May 21, 1913 in Ely, Minnesota to Anton and Mary (nee Yakich) Poljanec. She died Wednesday, January 11, 2006 at her home.
Mrs. Kent's survivors include her daughter Patricia (Rodney) Orton of Arlington Heights and her son John (Pamela) Kent of Rancho Palos Verde, Calif.; her grandchildren Jereme, Jessica and Joshua Kent, 5 step-grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren; her sister Angela (Richard) Lilja and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband John P. Kent, her parents, three brothers, a sister and one step-granddaughter.
