Ignaz Kratz was born December 8, 1934 in Yugoslavia to Michael and Maria (nee Weiss) Kratz. He died Tuesday, January 10, 2005 at his home.
Mr. Kratz was a self employed attorney, with an office in Chicago, before he retired in 1997. He served in the US Army.
Ignaz survivors include his wife Gertrude (nee Wimmer) whom he married July 14, 1959, his son Rudy (Stephanie Raboy) Kratz of Oak Park, his daughter Linda (Michael) Nicholls of Los Angeles, Calif.; his grandchildren Olivia and Chloe Kratz, and Oskar Nicholls; and his step-sister Erna Pfeffer.
Funeral service 11:00 AM, Friday, January 13, 2006 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment at Arlington Heights Wheeling Township Cemetery.
